I am a Nutritional Therapist with 14 years’ experience working with clients in my own private clinic, in the Robin Hill Fertility Clinic in Cobh and the last 7 years with Anneliese Dressel in the Health Hub, Ballincollig.

Qualified in 2008, I started my training due to my own fascination with healing my various ailments using natural remedies. From herbs to homeopathy, acupuncture to aromatherapy, nutrition to nature, there are a multitude of ways in which we can utilitise the power of the natural world to heal our mind, body and spirit.

While practicing nutritional therapy I simultaneously qualified and gained 16 years of experience teaching yoga in my own purpose-built yoga studio and in schools and businesses in the Cork Area. Yoga clients have included Arup Engineering, the EPA, Danone, Deloitte, Coachford and Ballincollig Community Schools, Aghabullogue, Rylane, Terelton and Muinefluich primary schools.
