My classes are designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and cultivate a deeper connection to yourself—both physically and mentally. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, each session is tailored to meet you where you are and guide you towards a healthier, more balanced life.

Wednesdays: 7.10pm – 8.25pm – Improvers

Thursdays: 10.00am – 11.15am – Gentle /  Beginners

FEES

Single Class or PAYG – €14

5 Week Course – €60

One to One Private Lesson – €60 per session (1 hr)
